I found this talk very interesting!
I don’t think I have ever done this before. I am linking my personal blog with my “professional” blog (and I use professional loosely), but yesterday I ran across some new tools that I find highly impressive and inspiring. So… I am leaving the TED talk by Deb Roy, of Bluefin Labs here on this blog, but I have a greater write up at Edooce.com regarding the analytical tools that Bluefin is creating and how it impacts marketing and advertising.
The last bit of the presentation was just as impressive, as he talked about having this for his son when he gets older. It is truly a passing of a legacy that his son will surely take on and expand upon.
With Maker Faire right around the corner for Detroit, I thought i’d share the TED talk from Dale Dougherty, founder of Maker Faire.
What are you making? What are you inventing?
If you want to go to Maker Faire on July 30-31st, get your tickets HERE!
We recently took in the U2 show that took place at Spartan Stadium on the Michigan State University campus. As you strolled from parking towards the stadium, you can see the stage peeking through the top.
Once we broke through to the seating area, we were blown away by the stage. I have read articles on the stage, seen pictures, yet to see it in real life was truly breathtaking. Live Design magazine did a great job sharing the information about this innovative stage early on!
I thought I’d share a few fun videos that I found about the stage. I hope that you will enjoy as much as I did!
