A year (and a few months) ago, I wrote a blog post that shared how I was leaving Kensington Church to step out in new ventures after my position was dissolved in an organizational restructuring. It was a difficult step to take but, I was welcomed with open arms at DBA Worldwide. They took a chance on me as someone who had no advertising agency experience previously. This last year was one that was filled with stretching as I stepped int o a whole new realm of experience. DBA Worldwide is filled with many great people and a great deal of good clients to work with. All that being said, there was a new step for me to take.
Recently, I accepted an offer to work with the team at Weber Shandwick. I will be joining on the Weber Shandwick team here in Detroit, to be a part of their social media group that works with clients like General Motors and the State of Michigan. Weber Shandwick is a leading global Public Relations company that is doing tremendous work all over the world; and I am honored to be a part of their team with the many wonderful and super smart people there!
I’ll be sharing more as the time unfolds and I am sure that if you follow me on Twitter, you will be seeing plenty information!
